I write following an article published on 13th July 2021 on Teesside Live. In lines 6-7, the article states “the Conservative Cleveland Police and Crime Commissioner told councillors he’d held conversations with the force about the software…”
- Please provide minutes of the meeting between Cleveland Police & Crime Commissioner (PCC) and the Cleveland Police Force referred to in the Teesside Live article.
- Were there any other meetings between the Cleveland Police & Crime Commissioner (PCC) and the Cleveland Police force in relation to the use of facial recognition technology?
If yes:

I can confirm that there are no minutes of meetings between the Cleveland Police and Crime Commissioner and Cleveland Police.
