The purpose for using this data is to maintain and monitor the performance of our website, maintain network security and constantly look at improving the site.

We use a range of security measures. They include encryption and access controls. This is to help protect the security, integrity and availability of information.
The OPCC works hard to maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your information in line with the Act.
Areas, where we store personal information, are restricted to our own and partner agency staff. These areas are only accessible by people with the appropriate identification.
How long will you keep my personal information?
The OPCC keeps your personal information for as long as it is needed for the purposes for which it is held.
We manage records containing personal information according to the OPCC’s Retention Schedule.
